Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the Log My Clean application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Log My Clean is a cleaning task management application that allows organizations to track cleaning tasks, log cleaning activity via QR code scanning, manage rooms and team members, generate reports, and submit maintenance tickets. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered with monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following billing terms:

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until you cancel it.
  • Billing: Payment is processed through Stripe at the beginning of each billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all recurring fees until cancellation.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscriptions will be charged at the new rate at the next renewal after notice is provided.

5. User Obligations

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of cleaning logs, maintenance tickets, and any other data you submit. You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading false or misleading data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or regulation;
  • Attempt to access another organization's data without authorization;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service;
  • Use the Service to store or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Log My Clean and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Log My Clean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Unauthorized use of the Service's design, branding, or content may be a violation of applicable intellectual property laws.
